Thank you for your interest in working with Snow in July Designs and congratulations on your engagement! We work very hard to provide you the best customer service possible and below will give you an overview of what to expect along the way.

1 : Consultation

We will have our first consultation via phone or in-person and this usually can last up to an hour. This first meeting is absolutely free and during this consultation we will:

  • Fill out a quick questionnaire (as many of the details we can at this point)
  • Gather information regarding your vision and overall wedding theme (exchange pins on Pinterest!)
  • Review the wedding stationery contract

2 : Sign the Dotted Line

Decided you want to sign with Snow in July Designs? Perfect, we are honored to work with you! The contract will then be signed and we will begin Phase I for your one-of-a kind custom stationery!

3 : Information Gathering

Still figuring out venue and time? No problem! I will be following up each week to gather information needed to get things going. Just remember, design concepts will not start until all information is received!

4 : Phase I – Design

Design concepts will begin once all final information is received. (Date/Venue/RSVP info./Wedding Website/etc.) Client feedback is encouraged and appreciated at least 3-5 days after the design concept is distributed.

Once final concepts are approved, proofs will need to be signed off upon. (This means you have reviewed and double-checked that all of the content is correct and you are approving the design to go to print.) The approval process can be done via email through a reply from the client or in person with a signed approval. This concludes Phase I.

5 : Phase II – Print Production

Once everything is approved by the client, the printing process will begin! This will take 2-5 weeks turnaround depending on the complexity of your invitation suite and chosen printing method. Need items sooner? We are happy to accommodate a shorter timeline but rush charges may apply. SHIPPING NOTE: Extra time if you require invitations to be shipped. LASER PRINTING COLOR NOTE: Color fidelity warranted by Snow in July Designs is consistent with industry standards for “pleasing color”. We offer no guarantee of “matchprint” or “match-product” color fidelity. Snow in July Designs cannot prevent slight color shift throughout an order, and does not guarantee color will match the preview as it appears on a customer’s monitor, as we cannot compensate for a color variance on each customer’s monitor.

QUICK TIP: Save-the-Dates should be sent out 6-9 months prior to event date, while invitations should be sent out 6-9 weeks prior to event date.
